Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare acquired, life-threatening disease of the blood. 
so rare that less than 200 people in Canada are diagnosed with it. since new patients come once in a while and
recognition of efforts doesn't happen often, the sales field team's morale was down.
